Returns and Exchanges

All items purchased from Jucey Unique Creations are new at source and free from defects as far as the seller is aware. Once an item is personalised it cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Damaged means, but is not limited, to damage that has occurred prior to the item shipping and/or being damaged in transit. Our items are packed sufficiently for transit via a responsible carrier. Faulty means, but is not limited, to a product that develops a fault that has been caused by manufacture or does not adhere to the guarantee of use as described by Jucey Unique Creations. Faulty does not include wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. Nor does it mean an item is faulty if its expected lifespan has expired. Jucey Unique Creations has the right to test any product that the customer deems as faulty. This will be conducted by an independent organisation. These costs may be passed on to the customer if the product is deemed in working order after the testing has been completed. If an item is to be returned you must first contact Jucey Unique Creations at sales@jucey.co.uk stating the reason for return and stating whether you wish an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for the postage cost associated with the return and a refund will only be issued once the item has been received and deemed faulty.
